Immersive 360° Virtual Reality Images & Tours
Photography is a wonderful art form. A well executed traditional photo
finished on quailty paper hanging in a beautiful frame
can take you places you have never been and may never
take the time to visit personally. However, there are some
locations that offer spectacular views in every direction
and the sense of being there can be heightened by the use
of new techniques and the wonderful interactive quality of
the Internet.
Of course, these images are not limited to interactive
display. Some of them are among my favorite fine art prints.
Thanks to the high-resolution way they are created
many of them make beautiful images over ten feet wide!
Click on a panoramic image on this page. Then once
the vr viewer loads you will be able to
drag the view to look in any direction, even up and down.
For the full immersive experience be sure to click on the
button at the bottom of the panorama after it loads to go full screen.
You can also use your mouse wheel, or the shift and control keys
to zoom in and out.
You can find out more information about how
our virtual tours can help promote your
restaurant, hotel or campus. We can also answer any questions
you might have about the tools required to integrate
our virtual tours into your website or other presentation.
The beauty of the outside of the Mission Santa Barbara is well documented. But the Mission has much more to offer if you take the time to wander the peaceful grounds and it's interior.
"Unfinished Room - Cuarto sin Terminar
The Civilan Conservation Corps left this room
to show how the original and reconstructed
walls are bonded together and reinforced
with modern concrete. The CCC used
original building methods to achieve the proper
look and feel of the mission."
The Santa Barbara Historical Museum is itself, a beautiful piece of history right in the middle of the city.
The Santa Barbara Courthouse is one of the most photographed buildings I know of. But the big picture is not all there is to see. The architecural details of the building are amazing and are often overlooked.
La Arcada is one of the most beautiful little spots just off of State street.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel is a beautiful little church out in Montecito, the architecture is absolutely beautiful.
Knapp's castle has one of the best views of one of the most amazing events that happens every day, usually with little notice from all of us busy people.
The Point Pinos Lighthouse in Pacific Grove, California
is the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the west coast.
The Santa Barbara County Courthouse is an amazing building both inside and out. Aside from the architecture, the
interior details are something special. The mural room in particular is something that
can not easily be conveyed in a single photograph. It is the perfect
example of a wonderful application of this technology.
In this case the photography is not mine of course, but I just had to share this little experiment with you to see what it would be like to stand on Mars!
The Santa Barbara Mission is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city, perhaps even the state.
