Once you have a look around at the images on our site and decide you would like to hire us for a project feel free to call (805-453-6559) and discuss the details or contact us online. We don't do hard sell here. We are artitsts, not salespeople we want to make the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. Rest assured, most of our customers don't hire photographers on a daily basis. We are happy to walk you through the process.

Image licencing can be confusing, but we are happy to explain the process and make it as easy as possible. As with most art, all rights and ownership of our images remain the property of the artist. We grant a licence for you to use the image based upon your needs. This is very much the same as when you "buy" computer software. You can use the item as agreed but you can not, for instance, sell it to another individual.

Yes, many of the images on our site are available for commercial use. In the near future we will have comp and high-rez downloads available online. In the mean time contact us with the image and how you would like to use it (print or web and how large) and we will get back to you quickly with a quote.

Absolutely! With very few exceptions most of the images you see on my sites are available for purchase as fine art prints. I use all archival materials sourced as locally as possible. For basic print sizes and pricing see my fine art prints page.

Some of my panormas are available up to ten feet wide! Specific dimensions depend upon the particular image but I am happy to work with you to get just the right image for your space. Contact us online for more information or call 805-453-6559.

We do not specialize in portrait photography. We would be happy to work with you to get memorable and artistic images of the venue on your special day, but you will also want to have a dedicated portrait photographer. Contact us if you would like a recommendation or to find out more.

This will vary based upon the type of shoot, number of images desired and the equipment setup needed. We do realize our clients have working businesses so we make every effort to find creative ways to work with your scheduling needs. We would be happy to discuss the process with you.

Final payment is due before delivery of any high resolution images, film or prints. We accept most major credit cards.

Please contact us to discuss the project with as much advanced notice as possible. But in most cases we would be happy to work with you in your desired location.

Both. Most of our commercial projects are shot with digital cameras these days. But we are equally comfortable working with film if it is right for your project.

We accept cash, check or most major credit cards. Please make checks payable to Bill Heller. In some cases if payment is by check we may require time for the payment to clear before release of final high resolution images or film.
